Jumps- This bootcamp is recommended for athletes of all ages and levels. Above average jumpers are needed on all teams and jumps are heavily considered before finalizing each team placement. The exercises done in jump class also help strengthen the posterior chain of muscles which are needed for success in all areas of the sport.

Front and Back Walkovers Skills of Focus: Back Walkovers, Front Walkovers Prerequisite: Bridge
Stunt: Athletes will work a variety of Level appropriate and advanced stunt skills. Athletes will start at the skills of their most recent level team. Depending on their execution, athletes will work up to 2 levels above their most recent level team. Stunt bootcamps move very quickly to ensure all athletes are getting several rotations in the group.
Front Tumbling Levels 2-3 Skills of focus: Front Handspring, Flyspring, FWO RO BHS (tuck), Front Tuck, FHS Front Tuck. Prerequisite:consistent Front Walkover-Roundoff
Elite Level 1 Skills of Focus: BWO series, Valdez, Back Extension Roll, FWO CW BWO and other elite combinations Prerequisite: Double BWO
Stunt: Athletes will work a variety of Level appropriate and advanced stunt skills. Athletes will start at the skills of their most recent level team. Depending on their execution, athletes will work up to 2 levels above their most recent level team. Stunt bootcamps move very quickly to ensure all athletes are getting several rotations in the group.
This clinic is to review the tryout dance which will be performed by each individual athlete at evaluations on May 18th. Athletes should have attempted to learn the dance via video already and have some knowledge of the dance. The dance will be reviewed by 8 count and cleaned as it is reviewed. Athletes will also work on performance factors. At evaluations the athletes are evaluated on knowledge of material, cleanliness and precision of motions, and showmanship. This clinic is to help them prepare for those factors.
Level up standing tumbling Skills of Focus: Advanced and Elite Standing tumbling for levels 3-6. Athletes will focus on generating more power and speed in long standing tumbling so athletes can level up their standing tumbling skills. 2 to tucks, 2 to layouts, 2 to fulls, and 2 to doubles will be some of the skills worked, depending on where the athlete is at in their progression. Prerequisite: Standing 3 BHS
On time registration is for evaluations for the 2024-2025 season. Evaluations take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 The On Time Registration fee is $75. The On Time registration period is for those that register April 23-May 17th Levels 4,5 & 6 12-1:30PM Level 3 1:30-2:30PM Levels 1 & 2, Ages 10 and up 2:30-4PM Levels 1 & 2, Ages 9 and under 4-5:30PM
