Introduction to tumbling for ages walking to 3 years. Focus on balance, strength, and motor skills.

Monday: 4:15–5:00 PM

For ages 3–5. Learn handstands, bridges, body control, and cartwheels.

Wednesday: 6–7 PM
Thursday: 4–5 PM
Saturday: 9–10 AM

For ages 5+. Learn basic tumbling like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

Tuesday: 7–8 PM
Wednesday: 6–7 PM
Thursday: 4–5 PM
Saturday: 9–10 AM

Transitional tumbling class covering handstands, walkovers, and valdez. Skill-based.

Monday: 5–6 PM
Wednesday: 4–5 PM, 7–8 PM

For ages 11+. Builds on Level 1 skills to develop stronger fundamentals and prepare for Level 2.

Tuesday: 8–9 PM

Requires back walkovers and handstand limbers. Focus on handsprings, rebounds, and valdez.

Saturday: 10–11 AM

Focuses exclusively on back handsprings. For cheerleaders, dancers, and tumblers with back bridge strength.

Tuesday: 8–9 PM

Refines standing handsprings and introduces advanced passes, series, and tucks.

Advanced techniques including punch fronts, ariels, fly springs, and specialty combo passes.

Saturday: 11 AM–12 PM

Intro to cheerleading including stunts, jumps, and tumbling. Includes 1 weekly tumbling class.

All experience levels welcome. Focuses on cheer skills including jumps and tumbling. Includes 1 weekly tumbling class.
