Mock Tryout

This bootcamp is a trial run of what athletes will do on an evaluation day!  Athletes willbe guided through all of their individual tryout skills including; standing tumbling, running tumbling, and jumps.  They will receive feedback on their skills as well as guidance on other skills to incorporate.  Athletes will be sent home with a mock evaluation sheet showing which skills they did and a general assessment of the execution.  This session is extremely helpfulfor new and returning athletes alike!
