Level up standing tumbling
Skills of Focus: Advanced and Elite Standing tumbling for levels 3-6. Athletes will focus on generating more power and speed in long standing tumbling so athletes can level up their standing tumbling skills. 2 to tucks, 2 to layouts, 2 to fulls, and 2 to doubles will be some of the skills worked, depending on where the athlete is at in their progression.
Prerequisite: Standing 3 BHS
