ALLSTAR JUMPS PLUS NATIONAL TEAMS Tuesdays 6PM February 27 – April 23

This class is for the athletes on National Travel Teams.  Athletes work drills to improve stamina and endurance for the team routine.  Improve core strength and condition the entire body to propel jumps to new height including double jumps needed in the routine.  Cost of class is included in National Team Tuition.
